Data Management:
*Prepare and maintain deposit customer data in Excel.
*Calculate and update incentive and interest structures based on company policy.
*Generate and manage Customer IDs in the system accurately.
Documentation & Verification:
*Cross-check and validate customer documentation for compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
*Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing documents.
*Ensure smooth onboarding of new deposit customers.
*Liaise with sales and compliance teams for operational requirements.
*Support in preparing reports for audits and internal reviews.
