Manager IT

Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Support / System Administration Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers, OS issues) Hands-on experience in networking (LAN, WAN, routers, switches, firewall configuration, basic troubleshooting) Experience in managing CCTV systems (installation, monitoring, DVR/NVR configuration, remote access) Knowledge of biometric / attendance (punching) systems installation, configuration, and maintenance Ability to manage IT infrastructure across multiple branches/locations Basic knowledge of server management, backups, and data security Experience with financial / banking software will be an added advantage Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site and remote support
